There are a ton of ‘real estate’ sites out there, but I will set up a custom search for you on my search page to narrow in to your parameters and only show you homes that are currently on the market (versus contingent or pending, which other sites don’t clarify in a timely manner). Also, your search will update you within minutes of a new home coming on the market, so you can jump right on it!
