myPropertyAlerts

MyPropertyAlerts – I will set up a custom view for you so you can see listings that meet your parameters.  With the site updated every 15 minutes, you’ll get the jump on finding the home you’re looking for.  Need to make changes – easy to do.

  • When your home is listed, an email announcement is sent to buyers whose parameters meet your home.  And any changes, such as price or new photos, are also sent to these prospective new owners.
  • NEW!  I can add pending and sold listings - the only site to do that!  Now you can check out the neighborhoods you like and see what homes are selling for with real, accurate data.
