"My mother died unexpectedly in June and left her home to 3 heirs. None of us live in Arizona(2 in Michigan and 1 in Virginia). Sue Brooks came highly recommended by my cousin who lives in Tucson to help us sell my mother's home. This sale couldn't have been more challenging. We needed to clear out my mother's home of 30 years, have an estate sale, negotiate repairs, all while grieving this unexpected loss.
