If it were possible, I would rate Sue Brooks with TEN stars!!! How in the world she is able to weigh the best interest of the seller, without jeopardizing the buyer's zeal to complete the transaction to the end, I will never know. Her ability to assess what needs to be done to make things shine and sizzle, and return double what minor adjustments she proposes is either a gift from God, or many years of experience (or both). Simply put, she is the best of the best of the best of the best and has represented us on BOTH ends of transactions (as buyers and sellers). Thank you, Sue!!!
